Made me waste money by giving wrong product then refused to take it back/don't recommend to anyone their a better gas station three mins away on 12th

I wish their Hot Food Case was a little better. Food never tastes real fresh. I think they should cook less more often.

I prepaid for gas and while pumping gas the pump broke. Raj who said he is the store owner and manager did nothing to assist me. I ask if they could place the remaining balance to another pump and he told me no. I ask well can you give me the balance back in cash so I don’t have to wait 3-5 business days and he said no. I ask to speak to a manager and he said no one else was available. So I walked back in the store to speak with the other employee and he said there is no point in speaking with her because she can’t help you either. Finally I said okay it’s fine I understand can you give me a number to someone in charge or corporate. He said nope I am the manager and the owner. So at this point Raj has lost all credibility with me. One thing for sure he lied to me. I am traveling on the road with all my children and I stopped to fill up my tank (prepaid) and I explained that to him. It’s none of his business whether or not I have another card to use. It didn’t take him 3-5 days to get my payment so he could’ve easily made some kind of accommodation. Nope just plain out I don’t care that my equipment broke you will have to pay again to get gas. He also tried to imply that sometimes the cars break things just happen. That had nothing to do with our current situation. Lesson learned, next time I’ll just use cash with a more credible merchant.

The gas pumps were malfunctioning for customers all at once. Before I could pay for my small purchase, there were 3 customers, who had to return to the only working employee/cashier with the issue. She could not reboot the gas pumps AND ring up the customers at the same time. PLEASE consider of having 2 employees at work on each shift, at all times. It's not a decent method of saving your store time or money + it's hurting your business.

Tried to get a few products, they didn't have any of them. Cashier was a little short to me for taking time to pay for gas also.
