They Don’t Call To Make Sure Where you At, I know we’re not supposed to have them waiting but if the appointment is at a certain and I get there at that same exact time there should be no reason for the dispatch to not give a call let alone for the bus to leave like that I paid for an Uber to get here now I need to wait 3 hours to get in a bus EVERYONE USE TITO EXPRESS THEY ARE VERY ORGANIZED AND THEY CALL 2 TIMES TO MAKE SURE YOUR ARE GOING TO MAKE IT AND THEY ACTUALLY WAIT FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMERS TO COME

This is the absolute worst service! Made a reservation and waited on my porch with my baby and no one ever called or came. Mind you, I called before my reservation time to make sure they were coming and the receptionist said yes, just wait for the call when the driver is out front. No one called or ever came...then I was told the driver came and left- they are liars and have no regard for no one. I recommend anyone looking for a ride to NY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They didn't even try to make it right! They just said, sorry with a condescending attitude. This is such a waste of a business, they need to just shut these idiots down once and for all!

The reviews I have read on here are so true.This has to be the worst service of alllll. mind you I rode to New Jersey paid using cashapp. On my way back to Pa.The van driver would let us get on the van , because we didn't have the cash to pay.He made me and my daughter stand on sidewalk to pay with cashapp first.I told him not to hold anybody up I would pay on van .He told me I had to to pay first and because I took so long then he said I needed to hurry up unbelievable very rude driver and I made another reservation for today I was told that the driver couldn't come because he was stuck in traffic mind you I didn't even get a courtesy phone call to know that he was even going to be late .and then I told them I left because I couldn't hold my family up so .I would take a later van service and I called back to confirm and The dispatch lady told me they lost my reservation and said" I never called this service is very unreliable and I suggest this service not to anybody .I'm almost sure they get high.. because there's a lot of short term memory lost there.

I am writing this review as I am sitting on the edge of a seat for two hours to NY. And the only reason I still got on the van was because it was the last one leaving my exit, and no one had expressed to me that the van was full. Plus I waited not one, but two hours for the driver to show up. Literally spent two hours in a gas station waiting. I am cramped & annoyed! Try out C&J’s. They are cheaper, have manners & know how to run a respectable business. The least these people could have done was call to let me know there was going to be a delay- I could’ve found many other things to do in the meantime If I could rate a half star I would

It was my first time riding with them, and I didn’t have any problems. They were just on time both to and from my destinations, and the drivers are nice. Plus you can’t beat $20, I’ll definitely use them again.
