Professional staff always willing to help.. Always treated with respect and courtesy.. I have been a customer from the beginning of this business opening and I'm sure will always be as long as their door is open.. These people know their customers and are always willing to help in anyway they can.. Johnson Family Pharmacy is well deserving of a 5 star rating ..I am grateful to them for not only how I have been served and treated but will always be grateful for the kindness they always showed to my Mom..When my my passed away , they sent a beautiful sympathy card ..When I had cancer and went through a major surgery, they sent a get well card.. They know their customers and they matter to them..
I love this pharmacy and all of the employees! They are all so friendly and compassionate and do everything in their power to make sure that your prescription is filled and ready for you. It also makes me feel great that they all know me by name when i walk in. I would choose Johnsons over a chain pharmacy any day!
Polite and friendly staff, they was having tech issues when I was waiting in line and they set that aside to help me. Everyone was smiling and the place was spotless from ceiling to floor. The gps will lead you slightly a stray but just look for their sign out front and back.
Where there today to purchase cortisone cream and waited over 10 minutes to be rung up. Finally left without my cream. The girl was processing an order over the phone and was having trouble with it, maybe putting in the wrong account number or whatever. Had to start over, then the customer on the phone wanted to also pay on an account. Why couldn't she have put her on hold and taken my one little purchase. I work retail also but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never again even though I prefer to shop local stores.
This is the best pharmacy in Harford County. I switch from Walmart for their was always an issue with either my RX or my son's. No issues or problems since I been coming to said pharmacy. They are very pleasant and professional.
