********** This is a new review it’s different from last year we were there yesterday 4/30/22! OMG what a difference a year makes. Last year wonderful. This year was terrible! Salad was good. The food had no taste, taste like it had absolutely no love or seasoning. Taste like starchy water. And the wait was terrible and it wasn’t even busy. The old waiter we had was doing his side work… we watched him. The old waiter was making the staff place other people at other tables because he had it. He said he was there since noon and he had no break. My daughter is a waitress and she loves all her tables full. The community bucket that they washed the dirty tables with was also gross 🤢 as along with the terrible floors. As we arrived home my fiancé was sick. I’m sure it was the food. I didn’t get sick because I had 1 bite of that Fettuccine or whatever it was supposed to be. The review from last year is below this review. Can’t believe a place can go down in service so badly. Oh and it took 50 minutes to get food. Oh yeah the drinks are huge but they need to learn to make them…. Maybe ask Olive Garden. Terrible service wish I could give you 0. Old reviews below. ***** Fiancé and I really enjoyed our meal. It was hot and very tasty. Our first time, will not be our last time. Staff very friendly.
We had a really good experience. My wife and I ate in the bar area around 8pm on a Saturday night. They have bar only specials so we tried the itialian Nachos and they were really good for $5.00. We had a couple of drinks, but the $5 margaritas were our favorite, they are made when ordered! This was a quick stop, and we will be back again.
First off, I will say the food was quite good, hence the 3 stars. However they lose a couple because even though it was not busy (late evening on a Monday), food took a very long time to arrive. Didn't help that the server was a bit on the slow side. From drink order to arrival of said drinks was a good 10 minutes. He than disappeared again and had to wait another 5-10 minutes just to put in our food order. Then at least 30 minutes before food arrived. Also, the place good use a good cleaning. Our table had a sticky residue on it (not food, maybe not fully wiped down from when they sprayed it after last guests used it?). And the divider between the booths was absolutely filthy, especially down by the end where it meets the drink station.
My wife and i love the restaurant We drove roughly 4 hours to have it. The only one that used to be near us in holland Mi closed several years ago
Had a 2 for 1 coupon that the Manager let me use even though it broke the rules since I had 2 happy hour beers. Thanks but the 1st beer was a little flat Changed brands and the 2nd beer and both wife's and my meal were super. Excellent service too.
