The service was good. We were waited on right away. The cashier made a recommendation on how we could order exactly what we wanted but save some money. It was $30 for 3 adults to eat (no combos, just 2 sandwiches, a wrap and one pickle. We ordered to go and were out the door within five minutes, or just over. Located on St Rt 95 at the US 23 southbound exit ramp. In front of Aldi / across from Bob Evans.

Freaky SLOW! Walked in only ones there. Had to wait a few min to order no big deal. My co worker and I placed our orders and it took 10 min before our order was ready. Normally at other Jimmy Johns even with drive thru's also it's ready before you finish paying. Not here and to top all that the gal gave my food and my coworkers to two separate strangers. We had to say Hey I think those are our meals. They also didn't give us napkins. Freaky Crazy! Freaky SLOW !

We were only car in line, no one behind us either, placed our orders and drove up to window. Waited over 10 minutes and never saw anyone! No one ever came to take our money or to even acknowledge us being there. Pitiful service, hence we drove down the road to Jersey Mike's where we were greeted with a smile and had great tasting subs! With other sub venues in Marion, Jimmy better step it up or he won't last much longer!!

1/2/24 Editing this because the food has increased in quality and so has the workers who are serving the food. Please keep up the good work! Information below is from a previous review prior to them fixing the business organization. This should be disregarded. ************** 10/7/23 Service here has consistently been getting worse. Service is slow. When you order, the people taking your order often question your order as if the product doesn’t exist showing they have had poor training on the menu. It takes 5-10 minutes at the window to get food. Today it took 15 minutes for two wraps with no special options except asking for no mayonnaise. “Freaky fast” is the mission here, please train the staff. When we come here there’s employees everywhere but work ethic seems to slack. Please train the employees and drive accountability. Reward good work ethic and fire or write up poor ethic. Also, there’s a few burnt out letters in the sign.

They tried but after waiting to be served and then waiting longer than usual for our sandwiches, the young woman had our order wrong. They corrected one of the sandwiches but mine was right; it just didn't taste good.
