Ordered from jimmy John’s and said it was out for delivery. I don’t know what idiot delivered my food, but they left it on our apartment mailbox without messaging or calling or emailing. I sat and waited for over an hour and received nothing so apart of me said what if they were just stupid and left the food on the mailbox without letting us know. Lo and behold they did and my sandwiches had been sitting out for over an hour uneaten. Severely disappointed with the service here and will not be ordering for a while.

Never ordering from here again. Ordered delivery, just for them to call me 30 minutes later to say they have no driver. Didn't even give me the option to go pick it up, they just cancelled the order and now I have to wait 24 hours to get my money back. Unprofessional, and discourteous behavior, based on the reviews it's a problem with management. Never again.

I think the owner of this store (name is Brenda?) is absolutely vile. Doesn't know how to treat her employees, worst attitude towards EVERYTHING, & poor customer service based on the energy of how she treats her employees. Made my family very uncomfortable. I hope she heals.

I am disappointed with Delivery. I was waiting for my food for an hour and a half. I am just gonna have to pick it up myself next time. Good sandwich but Delivery sucks!

I have ordered a "quick lunch" more than once from JJ and it has been anything but Freaky Fast. Today I ordered 45 minutes ago and the app says it went out for delivery 20 minutes ago, but still no sign of my food. I tried calling the store but the line was busy. Other timeswe have called and just told them to forget the order since our lunch breaks are long over.
