Staff is always friendly whether by phone or in store. I have messed up my order a few times when ordering on line and they were very accommodating. Food is always fresh! Keep up the good work!!!

Bunch of low IQ individuals works here. Two times I’ve given this place a try and you guys completely screwed up my order each time. It’s clearly shown on my mobile order what I wanted and each time I’m given the wrong sandwich that’s not even close to what I ordered. Didn’t think a one sandwich order would be difficult to actually make properly. I’m just going to dispute my credit card charge for this last one because you guys don’t deserve to keep my money for your screw ups. If you can’t give me what I want then you’re not going to keep my money.

Clean, fast, courteous, accurate orders. Love this location, the parking lot is just silly with one in/out that is tight sometimes.

This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. The staff are very slow, and the parking lot is awful. You will either be stuck in the drive-thru or stuck in the parking lot, not able to get out. I will NOT be returning to this location.

It took me over an hour from the point of “out for delivery” to get my food. It’s a 7min walk my facility. All the food was warm. When I called about the service, the employee said I was in the wrong for not ordering at a proper time and wouldn’t let me speak to the manager.
