UPDATE: What's the point of talking about it further Jersey Mike? I gave you all the info you need. You can take your standard bs reply and shove it. You don't care. ORIGINAL POST: Be prepared to wait awhile for someone to take your order. They all just hang around behind the counter doing nothing. Or they'll pretend to do something menial. But they will NOT take your order. Don't get me wrong, the food is great and the staff is nice WHEN THEY FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. It's just getting to that part is frustrating. And it's not once this has happened. I've came here prob 20 times and it's happened every. single. time.

It was very busy, but Alaiah was WONDERFUL. My mom and I ordered around 7 sandwiches with ease (we warned it would be a big order). She was so calm, patient (with her staff and customers), and executed everyone’s order flawlessly. Not only that, she gently reminded everyone on staff about glove changes, items in the order, and cleaning. If she isn’t the manager she needs to be heavily valued. I really commend her hard work!!!

I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled. I placed a large lunch order for our office meeting 30 people and Jersey Mike’s even confirmed the order the day before. I trusted that everything was set. Our scheduled delivery time came… and went… and after 30 minutes with no food and no update, I called to check in. That’s when they casually told me they “forgot.” No apology with urgency, no solution, no explanation — just forgot. Because of this mistake, 30 employees went hungry during a planned work meeting. We had nothing to serve, no time to replace it, and no support from the store. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. If you’re considering ordering from this location — especially for a large order — I would strongly suggest either calling again the morning of your event to make sure they actually remember or choosing a different location entirely. This one has proven to be neither reliable nor responsible when it matters. I’m extremely disappointed, and I won’t be trusting this location with any future catering orders.

This store is always a consistent mess. I ordered online and received a notification that my order was ready. Went to the store to pick up and the order was not even started. Had to wait 20 additional minutes. Four employees just standing around like they have no clue. I was not the only customer complaining. Ridiculous.

I don’t know why the employee thought it was okay to put the receipt directly on my sandwich while making it. That’s unsanitary and just plain gross. Receipts aren’t food-safe, and the last thing I want is chemicals touching something I’m about to eat. It’s basic food handling
