This local home center store is an anomaly in what is normally a cookie cutter big store of the same limited choices. This store is fully staffed with knowledgeable employees in every isle. If you need to get it done, you need to come here first!

Super cool. I work at home depot, so wanted to see this place. I like their layout of store better on most counts. I work in lumber. All of their lumber is outdoors. I wouldn't like that. But during the Christmas season they have a tinsel town area that's really cool and the girlfriend loved.

I’ve been having a hard time finding tile for my shower niche/ bathroom renovation and drove from Roseburg to see what they had. They do not have a “shopping” website, so if you want to see what they have you need to make the drive. It’s May and the parking lot is lined with beautiful pink Cherry Blossoms. When you walk into the store it is so neatly set up. They have things all over the place, but the design aspect is carefully thought out. It’s a cool home improvement store. As for tile, they have an aisle with a selection of tile, then they have a large selection of samples from local tile companies tiles. When you find one you are interested in, you tell the store clerk and they will look up the price for you. Overall, a very nice Home improvement store with a great selection.

They are so good at keeping all the things you need in one spot. If you’re getting a hose for the washer and dryer you will find all the stuff you need for that washer and dryer in the same spot. Sounds funny mentioning that but Homedepot and Lowe’s don’t do that in hopes walking the store you will find more. Most of the employees do amazing work helping and finding parts. I asked for a connection to the sink in a complicated way and they ran with it and found me the cheapest and best option by running in circles between to aisles like a mad man. Very impressed

Jerry’s is the best home improvement store around. It has the helpful knowledgeable staff and small town feel of your local hardware store. Yet it has the selection and prices that compete with the two big chain hardware stores. Customer service is top notch and they are very good at returns as well. Even as a smaller business they will NOT be undersold and they gladly price match other stores including online.
