I am constantly amazed that it is the grocery store the only grocery store for miles and miles and you are only allowed to purchase what someone who has apparently never set foot in the kitchen wants you to buy. They may have 52 brands of one item, but heaven forbid there be any variety of items. Example, I can buy various brands of chicken broth, but heaven forbid that I be allowed to buy any brand of chicken stock. Note to the idiot in charge, I can water down stock and make broth of it. It’s really really hard to concentrate broth into stock. I have gone through the process of requesting that they order chicken stock. This is just one example of an item they refused to carry. They ordered a whole case, and it literally sold before I could purchase two of them because I’m not the only one that wants it. Of course the manager didn’t even know the difference between stock and broth! Every single time I go there I become very frustrated even more so than I was the time before I guess I should learn the lesson not to bother. If you have to go to two stores you might as well start at one that caries what the customers like to buy. Competition is a good thing and I’m trying to understand why the politicians didn’t want Jay C to have any(DG Market) because they certainly need some!

When you don't want to walk 2'miles around a big store, JAY C is the choice. Small friendly store with all the normal things people need. Great little floral dept. Best fried chicken around. No drive through the crazy Franklin traffic.

First time visiting this store. Walking in it felt like dollar general. It was old, dirty and employees constantly complained about their jobs. The meat department was questionable of whether it was safe to eat or not. The coolers are old!!! The deli wasn't pleasant to be ordering from. The entire store needs to be torn down and a new one built. It's not a store I will visit again.

Well, I wasn't able to experience the good deals everyone talks about here at Jay C. Here's the situation, dropped my aging mother at front doors then parked and tried to enter store but was rudely approached by what seemed a red headed sasquatch asking me if I were an employee? (I was clearly in a high visibility yellow shirt with big identification of my work/name, factory with all the PPE still on.) I said no and before I could say anything else Sasquatch blurts out, "We're closed"! & manually closes automated doors. I spoke up & said I'm with my mother who just walked in and I received another, "We're closed "! 😂 It gets better, upon Mother returning to van she said they were talking about the man in yellow taking pictures of the store.... So here I am and there's my experience. 《Note: I can understand not letting me in but being rude,not good.》P.S. I should've said, "Yes, I work here unfortunately. :( ☆☆ I'm sure it's a decent store, I'll return soon. Cheers all!

Everytime l go to buy Pet Pride wet can food in a variety box they just have 1 box or none l would like to buy more than 1 box but it's usually not on the shelf or have none my dog eats that brand🤔
