Jacob Springs Grill

Good food, drinks, and the location can’t really be beat if you have an overnight layover. Prices are expectedly very high, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend this place if your situation necessitates it, but otherwise try to eat somewhere more local.
Had the breakfast buffet which was pretty good and worth the $27. I also had dinner at AJs last night with the beer can chicken, pecan pie and a margarita.
5 Stars Review Vicky was a most excellent waitress. The breakfast buffet is great. They have a huge variety of options for breakfast. They have omlets, pancakea, waffles, french toaat, fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, croissants, bananas, oatmeal. They have vegetarian options as well as gluten-free breads and other items. A bit high but it's a hotel, what else do you expect? Would recommend.
Service was good, the decorations are original and the fillet mignon was very tasty. In Dallas for a 2 day conference, I was very impressed with the restaurant.
Good food and convenient hotel restaurant. The menu had a nice selection and good flavors. Service was a bit slow and overwhelmed when we visited but they were friendly and helpful.
