The staff here are super friendly! Ty makes shopping here easy and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable with the different toys and knows the product very well. The store is very nice but the atmosphere Ty creates is even better. I will definitely come back again!

Besides from it being a nicely presentable store filled with fascinating supplies for whatever your needs may be, they have an amazing staff. On my last visit it was very pleasant and helpful thanks to a worker there named Antonio, he was very knowledgeable of their products and professional to me. It's those nice customer interactions that make me want to come back and tell others about this.

Ty and Jenny were the bessst. My friend and I had the best time in the store. They were both so knowledgeable about all the products and answered every question we had. Can’t wait to go back!

This store is great! They have pretty much anything you could think of, and more. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Ty and he was so helpful in finding what I was looking for, plus helping my friend with some other products. When I started looking for a second item, Tasha was a savior and helped me find exactly what I needed! She was super helpful and very knowledgeable about everything there, and at NO point did I feel uncomfortable or awkward the whole time I was in the store! I’ve been to lots of adult shops where the people there make you feel almost dirty or gross for shopping there. Walking into Jack and Jill was a great success for me and I will definitely be back! Thank you Ty and Tasha!
