Absolutely negligent. Complete lack of compassion. On two separate occasions- both acute this clinic failed to contact me with lab results. The first for a painful UTI, the second for bloodwork in an emergency. They charge a premium price but failed to deliver time after time. Shame on them. My dog passed away due to their complacency. Avoid at all costs.

They are money driven. Your pet is no more than dollar signs flashing in front of their eyes. I called about my sick cat. They didn't feel it was urgent to see her so I had to wait a week for an appt. $1100 later they couldn't determine what was wrong with her. The prescriptions they gave did nothing.my cat went downhill fast and when I called back they wanted to change me another $400. Now I am watching a member of my family die.

I had a pet emergency. Island to island staff are responsive and kind. They explained everything so well. It'll be a while before the dog fully recovers, but I feel confident and competent in my ability to help her on the route to recovery because of the immense amount of education I was given while I was there. Thank you
