Iris studio is amazing!!! I came in on my birthday with my friends and we all three got pierced by Jake! Even though they weren’t expecting my friends to get a piercing too, they were so accommodating and were happy to provide the services to them too! It was my first piercing since I was a kid and I got one in my nostril! Jake was friendly and kind and he made me feel comfortable by being very open in telling me what was happening now then next so I wasn’t ever surprised! It went so well and my healing is going well too! The piercing rooms were so clean and you can tell they take care of the place! The receptionist was also helpful explaining the jewelry and prices and letting me ask her a bunch of questions and she explained everything effortlessly! We spent a total of 1.5 hours at the studio with signing wavers to walking out, so it was very efficient for all three of us! I will be coming back to Iris to continue my treatment and for more piercings!! Thanks you Jake and Iris Studio!
Iris is absolutely great! The whole team is wonderful. We worked with Cory and he was amazing. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and made some great recommendations. The place itself is very clean and the procedure is done in a very professional and comfortable manner. I highly recommend Iris!!
Aaron took care of my mom when she came in from Hawaii to get her third earlobe piercing. He was so knowledgeable and helped us figure out the best arrangement for her. He really took his time, never made us feel rushed & answered all of our questions thoughtfully from pricing to placement. Can’t thank him enough for making it a pleasant experience and a nice memory to have shared. Big thanks to Iris for having an exceptional staff (all the ladies at the front desk were so lovely as well.) The pricing was fair and the quality of the hardware & service was exceptional. Cannot recommend them enough!
I want to highlight the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Iris Piercing Shop. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. They were incredibly accommodating to our schedule, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for my 10-year-old daughter’s first ear piercings. What stood out was their understanding of the importance of emotional support during such moments. They graciously allowed my daughter’s father, myself, and my daughter’s stepfather to be present in the back, providing support throughout the process. This level of consideration made the entire experience even more special. In addition to their professionalism, the team at Iris Piercing Shop goes above and beyond to create a positive and inclusive environment. Super friendly and patient! They answered all my questions and handled the large amount of customers super well, I felt like I could ask for help seeing jewelry at any time. Cory was great, really professional and nice and did a fantastic job! I love my new nostril piercing.
