I've gone to Interstate Battery for years to buy all kinds of batteries. They have always treated me well, but their car battery replacement service was beyond outstanding. It took much longer than expected because of serious corrosion, but the challenge was met with a can-do attitude and an apology for taking a while to battle a battery that did not want to cooperate. No auto parts store will give you this kind of service. I'm a customer for life.

I thought I needed a new battery. James was helping and grabbed the battery I was going to buy. I told James what my car's symptoms were so before he installed the battery, he ran some tests. He tested my old battery and checked the charging system. The current battery tested fine and the charging circuit was working. Turns out the terminals needed to be cleaned up and tightened. After James did that, the car started like a champ. These guys are ruthlessly honest. James didn't even charge for the battery terminal cleaning and tightening. That's an honest person. I will definitely be back to Interstate when I do need a new battery. Thank you, James.

I was helped by Robbie and Oscar in the Ames store. #9003. They were absolutely patient and respectful with me. They stayed a bit longer to help me, because I got caught in gameday traffic. I also have been treated very well by Jenna and Karly in Huxley. Ever since I moved from Austin, TX.... these people have been AWESOME!!! Honest, reliable, cool and hardworkers. Thank You!!!
