Skip the store, use the Best Buy vending machine. Bought a Samsung USB-C charger before a trip, first time using it I discovered fast charging wasn't working, two different devices said they would take over 8 hours for a full charge. Attempted to return the charger but was told that the only way to return is if they had tested the device in store at time of purchase and confirmed it did not work at all, which seems bonkers to me. Manager stated he was completely powerless to accept faulty device returns, and implied I was trying to abuse return policy by charging my device then returning it, as though I would never need to charge my devices again. I accept that it did charge slowly, and that businesses like this will charge more to cover the cost of employees, overhead, and shipping, but for $34.99 on a device that cost $19.99 elsewhere I expect it to work as advertised and not at half capacity for twice the price. Would not recommend purchasing electronics here without testing them in store to confirm they work. Save yourself the time and use the Best Buy vending machine a few steps away.
Best costumer service in the world! Salesmen were very helpful but not pushy at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!
