I stopped in here on a whim, hoping to get a replacement fitted earpiece for my Bose headphones (the rubber part), while at the airport***. Basil was quick to help and he led me to a drawer where we picked through some 'aftermarket' replacements that they had there AT NO CHARGE, and he helped me find the right size and even handed me a few extra PAIRS! A pleasant surprise, thank you! And I wasn't charged a cent! 😄
I bought a charger and a box from there tried to return it literally 2 minutes later they would not let me return it and said I could exchange it for a different item of equal value of stuff I didn’t need for a short trip 50$ for a charger 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
Refused to return a broken item - this place is a complete scam
Horrible I needed an adapter for an iPhone 7 so I can use my headphones and the guy tried to charge me 20 dollars I’m like I just googled them I can get one for 5 dollars from Walmart 8 from Target he said if they are not Apple it won’t work I’m like it’s 9 dollars from Apple directly he tried to rip me off I’m very upset now I can’t listen to music on my flight because I didn’t wanna be robbed it was horrible
Horrible customer service . Do not buy from them . An item I purchased broke 2 weeks after I got it and they would do absolutely nothing for me . Will not purchase from them again
