I went in to buy there meal deal of one meat and two sides for $7.00. I was told I can't have two of the same veggies per corporate. I don't understand this concept. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 25yrs and never treated anyone the way I was treated tonight by their manager

I just moved back to North Carolina from Florida, and my cousin told me I NEEDED to go check out the upgrades that have been made to Ingles. She specifically told me to go for the wide variety of vegan/plant based selections as well as the awesome discounts they give on things that are close to going out of date. Let me tell you- I’m so happy I did! I got 3 packs of plant based meat for .99 cents, and a lot of other items worth around $6 each just for .99 cents. If you pay attention, yes Ingles can be a bit pricy, but notice the sales- you can find prices here better than any other store if it’s on sale! They carry a LOT of local items and items made by small businesses too, which I love. Lastly, their bakery, deli, salad bar, and hot food bar are insanely large! A must try? The pistachio muffin! Scrumptious! This is our new go to grocer. I can’t believe I finally found some of my favorite brands I haven’t seen since I worked at Sprouts down in Florida!

Love Ingels. It's clean and unlike Walmart it doesn't smell like Rotten produce and dirty diapers. They have a selection of most everything you need. The staff is well trained and professional

Awesome store way out in the middle of nowhere! They have everything! Video rentals, pharmacy, deli, food bar, olive bar, candy bar, wow you just would not believe all the stuff in this store. They even have a gas station. Get a gift card in the store before you get gas to save on each gallon. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that they sell dry ice!!! If you are out in this area, stop and check it out.

You must check out the salad bar and mushroom bar. Ingles offers more selection in a grocery store in any grocery store I've ever been in. The cleanliness it's definitely five star!
