Best personal training studio in the area. I always look forward to going because of the amazing community, and the level of attention and care they give their clients. My strength and mobility has improved dramatically, and I’ve been able to improve lifelong hip and back pain. Most importantly, the trainers here prioritize what’s in your best interest, rather than their ego. It’s clear from your first time there that they genuinely want to see you succeed. Fun fact: Their flagship studio is in Ithaca, so if you travel to CNY, you can take advantage of their world-class training in both places!

A fitness studio and healthy cafe for EVERYONE!! I enjoy working out here with my baby near me, the owner is very flexible and so is the boxing trainer! People come in with kids or dogs, the atmosphere here is so friendly and welcoming! You see people who are super athletic train here but at the same time elderly people with walker can find a perfect program for themselves too! It’s incredible how accommodating this place is to everyone! Photos of my favorite Açaí bowl attached, apparently my son loves it too!

Cory and staff are the best! If you want to be pushed outside your comfort zone in an encouraging, safe, and judgement-free environment, this is the place to be! And they're very accommodating with my schedule!??

This training studio has completely changed my wife’s health, she can finally do a pull-up and has rehabbed her core from pregnancy. Great staff, personalized programs, the best the area has to offer.

Cory has been very helpful improving my flexibility and mobility this past year. He has a strong knowledge on physiology so he knows how to deal specifically with your unique physical limitations....Love the new space and the delicious, healthy smoothies!
