I ordered a regular cappuccino and was charged for a large AND an additional $1.99 for oatmilk, this added charge is not posted on the menu (the drink was 4.99, why would I be charged $2 extra for oatmilk?) An extra shot of espresso is $1.10, why would a regular amount of oatmilk cost more without being posted on the menu. I tried to dispute this with the staff and they would not even acknowledge me and were very rude. I’ve already email illy customer support about my poor experience.

Well what can I say about this place. Everything is bad about this except the name of the cafe ! Food tastes stale . How can someone eat cold and hard croissants? No idea. People are not so friendly too! Mocha tasted like a coffee made by amateur. I didn’t taste the mocha sauce at all ! Utterly overpriced. I guess I should have walked to Dunkin’ Donuts few steps ahead and took my coffee . Please please don’t get tempted with a little fancy appearance than Dunkin’ Donuts . I have always loved illy cafe and by far the worst cafe . Please illy people or PhL airport people take some actions on this place and get this improved

Have been waiting 15 minutes before ordering an espresso, single shot. Got a long espresso and have been asked to pay $5 when the price is $2.99! Very bad, Illy.. You should better select your employees. I use to get a coffee here every time I stop by the Philadelphia Airport. I will never get a coffee here again

Probably one of the rudest and most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for a cup of hot water with my sandwich (this is common) and was given one with no lid. After something got in it I asked for another only this was a different member of staff (a manager I assume) angrily shouted “who gave you the hot water?!?” as he proceeded to conduct an angry and and aggressive pseudo investigation with all of his unlucky team members who happened to walk past as I obviously refused to divulge this information - “Did you give the water!?”. After all of that he charges me $4 for a cup of hot water. Not my favourite kind of interaction to have on a Monday morning at 7am. After that weird and shocking display of unprofessionalism, sir, if you’re reading this I hope that Illy came to you personally to give you the raise and back rub you’re so clearly angling for. If anyone in senior management or corporate happens to see this, please check on your staff this seems like a very toxic environment.
