Room is spacious and clean at first sight. Stable complimentary wifi. Amenities include 2 bottled water, a mini refrigerator, a coffee machine and a hairdryer. I was able to borrow a kettle from the hotel. The room, however, is located at the far end of the corridor. It almost took like 5 minutes to reach the elevators if you are with your heavy suitcases. Also, housekeeping staff were kind of loud in the morning. I overheard one other hotel guest came out of the room and asked them to be quiet. Microwave and ice machines could be found on each floor which is nice. As there were nothing much to eat near the hotel area. The lack of restaurants is real for this hotel.

We found this hotel to be awful, sadly. Not only were we cursed with door-adjoined neighbours who shouted on speaker phone calls all night long and we could hear every word they were saying as if they were in the same room, but we had bed bugs in our room too. We got absolutely no sleep which is such a disappointment as the reason we booked an airport hotel is because we assumed it would be the best place to get some rest before a 6am flight. We didn’t think it would be a party hotel. We informed the staff at the desk about the bed bugs and they informed us that we would have someone get in contact with us about it but that never happened. Also, we had a less than pleasant experience at the restaurant. I informed the waiter of mine and my son’s dairy allergy and asked what we could get that would be safe. We agreed that something like spaghetti would be great for my son if it was dairy free and that I’d get the Rigatoni if it was dairy free. The waiter ended up coming out with a palate of plain noodles for my son with no sauce or anything and a plate full of cheese-covered noodles for me. We were very polite about the matter but were taken quite aback when the waiter immediately blamed it on me for not saying I had a dairy allergy. This is absolutely incorrect. I live with this allergy every single day of my life. It rules every single food choice I make. I certainly did make it clear that I have an allergy so that I would not have a reaction. Eventually the issue was resolved but we still had a sour taste in our mouths after paying over $100 for a piss poor effort in catering to a real life allergy and then having a defensive waiter for them making a mistake. I do not recommend this hotel.

I'm not picky about hotels/ rooms. We normally stay at Hilton properties but this time was a short notice trip and I got a good deal with this hotel. I read the reviews which I always do before I book a hotel it had mixed reviews but the pictures looked like this would be a 4 star hotel. Let me tell you it is not! I stayed here with my husband and my 2 children my daughter wanted to go in the swimming pool so we did which was fine but as big as this hotel is they should have at least 2 hot tubs. We were at the pool area for about an hour and the hot tub was full we never got to enjoy the hot tub my issue with the pool area is it's right by the smoking area so we had to smell smoke the whole time. It's disgusting. I love how this hotel has a few elevators which is convenient if they actually worked. Our room was okay but our bed was horrible! My husband and I can deal with hard and uncomfortable beds but the beds in our room was so uncomfortable I was tossing and turning all night and mind you I do take a sleeping pill at night. The biggest issue is the pillows the pillows were like sleeping on nothing PLEASE replace the pillows. This was my first time at a Hyatt property next time I will rethink staying here or at any other Hyatt unless they get new pillows that is my biggest issue. The ONLY pro about this hotel is the friendly staff.

Hyatt Regency SF Airport is a solid choice for a stay. The central area with Top Golf and hangout spots is really cool. Free shuttle to and from the airport is a huge plus. The views of the bay from the room are pretty great too. All in all, a convenient and enjoyable place to crash!

One of the best Hyatt Hotel's I've stayed at, really friendly staff also. I think they can pull up your flight to give a late check-out time. My United Airlines flight left at 11:59PM from SFO Airport, and they extended my check-out time to 2PM! The room had a nice view of the iconic airport runways, not to mention that everything felt new. The dining options were awesome, and the parking was also very good. The atrium felt like the Gaylord of Hotels, highly recommend.
