Great hotel with superb service! Located less than 5 minutes from Dulles Airport, the Hyatt Regency Dulles is perfect for both travelers and business stays. The rooms are quiet, clean, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the on-site restaurant is excellent too. The airport shuttle is a big plus fast and convenient. Highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and featured very comfortable beds. I stayed with my family, and as it was our first visit to the USA, this hotel made our experience truly memorable. The facilities were excellent, including a lovely pool, relaxing hot jacuzzi, and a well-equipped gym. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended — we will definitely return!
Unless you work nearby or need to fly and can use the shuttle, it’s hard to recommend the Hyatt. Although rooms are very spacious and nice and quiet, it’s really just a bed in the middle of nowhere, but perhaps still the best option in the area. I’m likely to stay here also next time I travel here. I did get to try the restaurant, which was under renovation, and it underdelivered by serving a dry and over cooked burger when I asked for medium rare. But the restaurant was open late, that’s great 👍
Absolutly not worth the money. We had a room with a king bed and a pull-out sofa, which we had to fix ourselfs. Housekeeping brought the sheets after two trips to the reception, droped them on the door and left. Pool area was very dirty, and even after complaining to the front desk, it hasn't been cleaned for two days. Hair and dirty socks by the whirlpool... clogged toilets... very poor hygiene standards for those roomprices .... 160,- for a room per night with no breakfast AND the parking comes on top with a 15,- charge
I really enjoyed my stay here. The service is really great. And the room service is consistent. (WARNING: ROOM CLEANING DOES COME KNOCKING AT YOUR DOOR EVERY MORNING) One of my favorite things about the bedroom area is that the chrome cast actually works. I recommend scanning the QR code but remember to read the short amount of instructions thoroughly! They do charge you a $10 fee for room service. But, the food they do provide is pretty awesome. If you want fresh squeezed juice for breakfast, I recommend just sticking with either coffee or water. The room is really nice and the bed is very comfortable. Everything inside the hotel is pretty close se by without requiring walking long distances to get to whatever destination. you want to get to inside the hotel. It is very kid friendly! They do have a pool, and a gym.
