Stayed here prior to my Carnival cruise out of the Long Beach port. The staff was friendly and seemed like they enjoyed making the guest a priority. During our stay, my family utilized the gym, continental breakfast, parking (extra fee $35 which was not bad), and stayed in one of the rooms with a king bed/sofa. There was plenty of room for 4 people (2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child) to fit comfortably. Would definitely stay here again prior to another cruise.

Service for the most part was good. Rooms are nice and clean for the price. Breakfast was decent. Pool and hot tub ok but no real ambiance. Definitely recommend visiting AC Lounge & Flora at the AC Marriott next door for a vibe. AC in room ran like a truck engine the whole time we were there. Manager did accommodate us but we were also promised points from a staff member that was never received. All and all it’s still great value for what I paid.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, offered excellent customer service. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of options! Shuttle service to and from the airport went smoothly. Only complaint was the thin walls... Could hear my neighbors. Also, black out curtains or better shades would be nice. Room was too bright. Overall, great stay!

The staff was great. The room was so so. Had to turn the AC off since it sounded like the fan was going to come through the wall at some point. I could hear the person in the next room sneeze. The furniture was about IKEA quality. Room was clean, $27 a night to park. It was close to where I needed to be so all in all a good stay. Room setup was nice and very functional.

Excellent accommodation for the price. Stayed for 1 night while returning from a trip with the family. Close to the airport. Room was clean, comfortable bed, clean linens and towels. Will definitely return to this hotel when in LA. Staff provided great service.
