I really enjoyed myself during my 5 day stay. Staff members went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! There was one staff member in particular that stuck out. That staff member name is Damien. When I say I have NEVER met a staff member that went over and beyond for their customers … Damien gave me and my guest his entire work schedule to make sure if we needed anything it was taken care of! I mean I have never had someone at any hotel ask me is there anything you need as much as Damien. Damien deserves an incentive for the hospitality displayed during our stay! ALL 5DAYS Damien made sure we were good. I will be booking again.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and roomy. No hand soap at the sink... but other than that, I loved the hotel. The staff was probably my favorite part. They were soooo friendly, which is hard to find now days. I can't say enough nice things about them. The girl who checked us in (didn't get her name, but she had a heart tattoo on the base of her neck) was super friendly and made sure we knew everything about the hotel, the attendant at lobby in the morning was just as awesome. Even the man who drove the shuttle to the airport was personable and very friendly! The staff made my stay exceptional, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Atlanta, especially if you are heading to the airport.. it's so close!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I would say it’s pretty much what I expected. The front desk agent who checked me in was an amazing person who knows how to speak to people with respect I appreciate her. The hotel was nice and clean. However, THE SHUTTLE DRIVERS I had both ways were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. To be exact June 5th Wednesday at 9 am the rudest and disrespectful old man was driving the shuttle. This man drove to the south terminal with no communication it was me another guest left in the shuttle while everyone else got off we waited until he got back from getting the other guests' bags. When he returned I asked him if he would go to the international or north terminal he said the rude way we don’t go there and told me why I was still sitting in there. It was shocking and when I got off he had MY BAGS ON THE GROUND WITHOUT ANYONE ATTENDING THEM meanwhile he was inside the shuttle talking to me like a child. I walked to the north terminal to catch the international shuttle with FOUR BAGS and I almost missed my flight. I'll never stay at a place that has an employee who has no respect for people.

We stopped here for a quick night to stay before leaving Atlanta. It was a great choice. The hotel was great. The hotel was recently remodeled and you can tell it's almost brand new. Rooms were great and updated with furniture. Damien and Brittany were wonderful, cause of them I gave 5 stars. They made the stat feel like home. I will definitely be coming back here.

Great room! People were excellent! Food also excellent! Will definitely recommend. Friends staying at another hotel even had breakfast at our hotel and complimented it and staff.
