I attended the job fair today at 14300 E 35th Pl, Aurora, CO 80011 Suite 103 and was greeted by an employee named Makayla, she was friendly and prompt at answering all of my questions. Crystal, the person conducting the interview, however, was extremely rude and lacked interpersonal skills. There are only 2 shifts available for their store positions and she very rudly made a comment as to requiring book knowledge in order to qualify for the bookstore position. Prior to getting into the details of the position, I mentioned reaching out to the number provided on the job post to schedule an interview — never got a response. Crystal was also in denial of me previously reaching out when I have the message saved. I came into the job fair prepared with a resume and 2 forms of ID as it states in the job post. I understand not having a midshift available, but normally this requirement is something posted within the job announcement. Crystal in not only rude but also unprofessional. She was not organized or prepared to conduct interviews, hasn't reviewed or responded to the messages sent to her, and is a terrible representative for the company. I encourage the management team to correct this so time is not wasted on both ends and good leads are not discouraged in applying.
When you look at laziness, the two women working this evening were it. The store is empty in the cooler, they did not restock and are being very slow to do anything. Milking the clock and not working or servicing customers
Clerk was extremely rude when I went in. I was looking up information on my phone and he said that I should leave and called TSA because I have oxygen tanks.
Books, magazines, chips, drinks and much more. Small shop with lots of options.
