People make mistakes at the self checkout so if you work there you should expect it. Employee was extremely rude to the lady using the machine before me and to me as well. If you don’t want people making mistakes have a more user friendly self checkout or walk your happy butt over and use the actual register. If you don’t like your job March on down the road. To the employee, you are a foreigner in a country that zi am a native of, I don’t have a problem with foreigners being legally in this country but if you are going to act the way you do, I’ll gladly pay for your ticket back to your own country, maybe you would be happy.
I bought a pair of $40 wired headphones. Went to my gate. Opened them. Static background immediately. Went right back to the store. Asked if I could exchange them for a different pair. The cashier was rude as hell and took the headphones, said she didn’t hear static, and then told me I couldn’t exchange them. All with an unnecessary attitude. STEER CLEAR.
Bought a new pair of non-clearance headphones at RDU and they were broken. Tried to replace them at the next airport 4 hours later (because they were defective) and the lady just kept pointing at their “new return policy” on the wall saying she couldn’t do returns. Again I didn’t want to return them I wanted a non-damaged pair for my next flight. Hudson’s policy specifically states you CAN make a return or exchange if an item is defective. Guess I’ll have to go through my credit card company. (Update) I went back to the store and the lady gave me the managers phone number. The manager was very nice and quickly said I could exchange my headphones. So instead of one star I will give it two. I appreciate the store fixing it, but that is literally their job and the 20 minutes I spent stressed and frustrated thinking I had bought defective headphones that I couldn’t return was a lot to deal with while I was traveling across country alone with my two children. Customer service based companies need to WAKE up! Seriously just do the basics at your job and us customers will be happy.
Absolutely the Worst Experience I have Ever encountered in my Life! Three women employees working at 5am when I walked in with my daughter after a nightmare flight reroute thankfully by united after the first carrier completely dropped the ball, not only did I get followed around as if I was shoplifting which I allowed with grace initially all the while these girls were practically yelling gossip in my ears. We get to the counter to check out and I asked if they possibly had a bag I could potentially get (in addition to my purchase of around 5 or 6 items) to put the last minute purchase of necessities I purchased 10 hrs prior in that now had a hole in side and size of say a school backpack. (moving forward I’ll get to the point of my one star in which they don’t even deserve that!!) I was verbally jumped on immediately after being offered a reusable bag the size of say a peanut bag they sell at the ballpark (literally) to purchase.. in which, I was puzzled looking at my large bag with hole and this peanut bag they were offering me to purchase not knowing if I was suppose to laugh or look for hidden camera since the two didn’t add up at ALL!?!? I knew I was recovering from a horrible illness and on meds & tired but seriously?! There was zero common sense with what they were offering and insisting as a solution! Then the second employee Literally starts going south on me out of nowhere stated it wasn’t her problem that my white trash self couldn’t afford to buy their 49 cent bag they had to offer (ummm, whaaaa is this real??) I was called a Karen wanna be when I snapped and immediately asked for a manager! They continued laughing and all exchanging words the third women was doing inventory laughing off to the side and all three tell me good luck you are not gonna reach them they are not gonna do anything for my sorry $$$ that can’t afford a 49 cent bag, asked for security was denied even laughed in my face and told no, you want them you figure it out and get them on your own!?!? Refused to release any contact info for management, corporate, nothing!! I seriously was ready to school these racist, disrespectful girls the old school method ..but, stopped myself the last moment as seen on my videos I was taking thru the whole ugly experience. If it was my business I would pray to all holy that my employees mirror the same level of respect and so on as I choose to do for my guest & if otherwise allow me the knowledge necessary to adjust accordingly!! I’m still in absolute shock and disbelief as to the whole thing and what these girls failed to pause and consider was that they had no idea what the previous 18 hours looked like for us before stepping foot into that store, nor the fact that the previous two weeks prior my family and I were soo horribly bedridden sick and practically hospitalized..I could go on but,~ (go ahead and glacé our way and sum us up with your judgement calls in 2 seconds please)… ~to overcome all the obstacles to get to the moment of walking into this “joint” and practically spit on is Not Acceptable period! I was told welcome to Colorado this is Denver bi***! What was our 12 year anniversary and wedding wasn’t as magical as you can read getting to final destination, LBS! Keep walking if you find yourself at this airport until you find the next open location nothing sold at this store is worth paying for that treatment in my opinion, they are HORRIBLE!!!
I would give a zero if I could. Rudest encounter. I almost left my merch behind but another customer helped me. Don’t usually give bad reviews but you need to check on your help.
