Visited this Hudson News outlet in Boston's Logan International Airport in 2022. This is past Security in Terminal E. You could buy magazines, gums, fruits or bananas, snacks, soft drinks, chocolates, bottled drinking water, some deli or packaged food and medicines. You could also probably buy fruit cups, clothing such as sweatshirts or even travel pillows. There was only one Associate in the store. She was trying to cater to all of the patrons, one at a time. The Associate was also trying to encourage customers to use the self-service checkout. Nothing special about this Hudson News. Some customers could find the place quite expensive. Just bought a large water bottle, which was okay. I wouldn't say that it was cheaper either as compared to outside prices for the same merchandise! Advice: Bring your own stainless steel water/coffee tumbler.

Prices on signage not what it scans for. Said $3.99, but self-service rang up as $4.59. I let someone know and they already knew and manually adjusted the price. Wonder how much extra profit their making on unaware passengers!

I just purchased a Diet Coke and a yogurt at Hudson at Terminal E at Logan. I was charged $14. When I asked for a bag, the associate wanted to charge me 49 cents. That is absurd!!!

I went in to the one just after going through security heading to B Gates... I grab 2 Boston Hoodies for my hubby and myself and get in line. The clerk says if your using card you have to self check out on the other side. I don't do self check out. So I wait patiently. I say you only do cash at the counter? When he finishes the person before me, he said with an attitude that he'll take me. He throws the receipt and a bag on the counter and walks away. So I have to bag my stuff myself and ask for another bag because my stuff doesn't fit in the little bag he gave me. He tosses me another bag from the other side of the counter... I almost told him to cancel my stuff but I wasn't sure if I would find another store before getting to my gate. All I can say is they won't get any more of my business... I'm over it. Smh very disappointed.
