Received 2 defective items. (iPhone charger and earphones) They told me prior to my purchase they don’t allow exchanges/returns. And at the time of me noticing it was defective was by the waiting area prior to boarding my flight, so I didn’t have enough time to raise the concern.
If you want a magazine, book or some snacks or drinks for the plane you should shop here. Prices are what they are but there is quite good selection of everything. Bigger shops don't have the same items you get here. Accepts credit cards.
Haven’t flown in 10yrs…Wasn’t bad. Have to arrive early with many travelers. Check in Hawaiian airlines was quick swift and courteous….. TSA. Always one in the bunch with issues. I have the pre-check. Was flagged because of implant medical device. My card was raised as i clearly stated i have a device implanted and due to her ignorance lied and said i didn’t tell her. My wife was there saying what i said as she ignored both
I waited outside the Hudson store near gate B33 this morning, 7/20. I was there at 4:55am to purchase items before boarding a plane at 6am. Female arrived at 5:10am and slowly opened entry gates. She closed them behind her and moved through the store to another room. She proceeded to count the money for her drawer. I waited until I couldn't wait any longer and left at 5:16am. She was still counting. I traveled a long distance and my spouse wanted an NYPD shirt. Not customer friendly. The Dunkin Donuts next door could show you. They had a long line and started receiving customers on time.
