We had a very negative experience at Chicago O'Hare at a Hudson shop by the E gates. We were given vouchers by United Airlines after a delay caused us to miss our flight connection and when we asked if we could use them for our purchase, the gentleman working was instantly annoyed and rude to us. He told us before even trying that we “probably had no funds left” and it wouldn’t work. We had plenty, and after we typed in our number on the pin pad and were notified on the pin pad that the transaction was complete the gentleman was upset and said “No, you’re done here.” When we asked how to reverse the transaction to get our funds back he became even more angry and we finally said screw it and left because our 6 year old child was getting upset by the interaction. Horrific customer service from the moment we mentioned the vouchers. Would appreciate some type of follow through from leadership on etiquette and tact. We were already in a stressful situation with delayed flights and missed connections trying to keep composure, this was the last thing we needed or truly deserved.

Exceptional service experience with Tumi! Their customer service representative was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and remarkably kind throughout my interaction. I regrettably can't recall her name, but I believe it might have been Ven. Such exemplary service truly exemplifies a level of care that makes you question the need for AI assistance. Kudos to Tumi for their outstanding customer support.
