This is not a hotel I will stay at again. The photos online are not from the past 20 years ago. This is a very old run down hotel. They placed us near a hallway outside leading to rooms back by the dumpsters. If I had know what my night was going be like I would have cancelled. Trash truck beeping people screaming echoing down the hallway. people outside your door on the phones. maintenance guy hammering away all evening in the wall. carpet nasty sticky, paint peeling off the walls. Electric outlets not working and falling off the outlet right down dangerous. Old technology no outlets to plug in your phone by bedside had to plug in bathroom. stains on our sheets, the phone looks like its never been cleaned YUK. The shower chair in bathroom gross dirty the underside had brown stuff stuck to it, I shutter to guess what that was. Screen in window looks like someone tried to break in and they never fixed it. Room smelled musty and moldy. We went to breakfast early 8:30 am and was supposed to serve until 10 am. Not a crumb left no food one beagle and coffee. I feel when you advertise “Breakfast included” You replenishes supplies for your guests. Never again. Worst than a Roach Motel. I think Motel 6 is better than this place.

Economic and close access to restaurants and behind airport. Breakfast available and are so good. Rooms are old and request in front office if you need cleaning of room. They normally do on 3rd day. Room smells with old carpet and they need replacement. Lot of space for parking.

The receptionist that worked on July 23, 2024 was very rude. He barely looked up from his computer when speaking to my wife and I. Also when my wife was trying to come into the receptions office to collect the key card, he would not open the door for her despite seeing her try to get in. We were not showing any signs of aggression, but were treated with a rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional attitude. Would not recommend if you're looking for a friendly service.

The rooms are basic hotel rooms, but are more than good for a place to crash between outings. Service was always top notch and friendly. Location is pretty good, only down side I can say is that you can hear planes take off - so if you're a light sleeper, it will definently keep you up.

I know people have different expectations of what they need to give 4 stars. This place is great if you want a room to hang out in for a bit before going out and about your day. Stayed here about 3 days with friends. Rooms are simple: beds, tv, microwave, good sized mini fridge, hair dryer in bathroom, great water pressure, window AC. It’s an older building so don’t expect outlets to be perfect, maybe bring a small extension if you have multiple devices to plug in. Wifi is free and good for streaming videos and surfing the web. Continental breakfast is good: bagels, cream cheese, simple cereals, milk, yogurt, apples, make your own waffles, orange and apple juice, coffee (decaf also), hot water - if you like to get up and go, this is great for you. Different crowds staying here, everyone keeps to themselves, a lot of families due to proximity to sea world. Parking is open lot so take valuables with you inside as precaution. Housekeeping will knock on your door early if you don’t have your privacy marker on door. Overall I would stay here again, pricing was fair for what you get.
