The rooms are tidy and well-equipped. Every month, my spouse and I take a break from our children and stick to a budget. We appreciate having a clean accommodation with a delicious breakfast at a reasonable cost. Thank you for providing us with this opportunity.

The front desk staff is exceptional and they are the main reason I have chosen to stay at this hotel in the past. As I travel frequently for work, staying in hotels is a common occurrence for me. Whenever I am in town, I will definitely choose to stay here again because the rooms are clean and peaceful.

This is the email I sent on 6/20/24. This has still not been resolved. They have stolen or scamed me out of my money. Please read the email before you stay here. Good morning, I stayed at your hotel Monday night 6/17/24 and paid with my credit card ending in XXXX. The amount paid was for 1 night and a $50 deposit and on Tuesday I was going to pay for two additional nights on my debit card ending in XXXX. Whenever I started the process I was told that I had been checked out by mistake and would have to pay another deposit and while trying to get everything figured out the clerk on duty got frustrated with me and told me that she would just check me out and I could leave. So I did leave but it appears I was still charged for Tuesday night plus the additional deposit and I also have not received the original deposit back. When I asked for management information I was told to google it. Please feel free to contact me and I encourage you to check your video of our conversation. Hopefully we can get my refund resolved as soon as possible.

I had to cut my card off for fraudulent charges by the hotel and when I asked to get a print out they gave me it with someone else’s card Information but yet my card was being charged when I pointed it out the brushed me off same as corporate so i filed for fraud through Navy Federal credit Union worst hotel stay ever not once was I offered housekeeping I was there for two weeks for work I had to go to the front desk everyday to request clean towels and trash bags. I’ll never return or stay at another one under that corporation or franchises.

Ask the front desk agent to change rooms because of a moldy smell from a refrigerator that was not working. She said she is going to make a phone call and be right back and never came back. To the owner's response... How can you come to this review and lie that I never told anyone at the hotel about this!!!?
