A small but a very clean hotel near San Francisco airport at San Bruno with free car parking facility at the basement. Good location with lot of eateries around the location. And if you want to avail Highway 1 straightaway, then this is the location for you, avoiding famous SFO road jam. We stayed for a night in May 2024 Rooms are quite well furnished and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Morning complimentary breakfast was really good with lot of quality options. Service in Front Desk was quite professional.

Shuttles only run on the hour. If your a few minutes after that expect to wait an entire hour for your shuttle. Not worth the wait watching all of the other hotel shuttles come by every 15 minutes. 🤣 Rooms were clean and nice. Needs a water fountain.

I stay here a couple times a year on my way north. The rooms are always clean, in good repair, and quiet, and the desk staff is unfailingly kind and human. I see the same front desk woman at checkout and she remembers me, which is a sweet cherry on top. The free breakfast is standard small hotel fare: some fruit, packaged muffins, yogurt, coffee, a waffle machine. Nothing outstanding but at least I don't have to check out on an empty stomach. A few liquor/convenience stores nearby, but not much in the way of restaurants you can walk to. Uber Eats to the rescue... A consistently positive experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have an early international flight so I chose to stay at this place due to good reviews. However, my stay is far from being acceptable. The room is fine, the bed is ok. But the internet is intermittent. I have to log in every 10-20 min. But that is not the worst. I asked the front desk multiple times that I want to book the first shuttle in the morning to the airport. My name was still on the list the next morning and the front desk accused me of not booking. The most important reason that a person stay in this place is mostly likely that he needs to go to the airport. And that is troublesome from this place. I would choose other places to stay next time.

We stayed at Hotel Aura for one night as it was conveniently located nearby to the airport for our flight back home the following day. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle at specific times throughout the day which we made use of when checking out. We stayed in room 219, it was a huge bedroom, definitely the largest room out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 week vacation. This was very helpful when packing up our suitcases. There is a complimentary breakfast but it is extremely limited so do not get your hopes up. If you have high expectations then it's best to skip breakfast and buy some at the airport. The hotel is great value for money, we paid £180 for the night which was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area. Although the San Bruno area doesn't look much, it is quite a friendly residential neighbourhood with some nice restaurants. We walked to dinner and saw lots of young families. There is also some underground parking although we did not make use of this. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
