A bare minimum of what it used to be. Not a lot of inventory, especially for Funkos. Staff all seems good, I've only run into 1 person who wasn't friendly. It's a small space though for sure.

I just love this chain store. Great for goth kitch, jewelry, clothes, and gifts for the younger set. Is you're thinking "Misfitz" or "Harry Potter" merch, this is the place for you! Yes, it looks dark however, I will put myself out there to say that the staff at this location (Newington, NH) are awesome! Very welcoming and willing to assist.

I will never return! Way overpriced and I figuring out I was just ripped off. After the cashier was telling everyone to spend $30 to get a $15 coupon I was at $26 so I did, just to read the coupon and realized that I had to spend another $30 on top of that. I tried to speak to the “manager” that wouldn’t even let me talk, just kept interrupting me to tell me I misunderstood and I should pay more attention, while walking away. Never once letting me explain fully and that I wasn’t alone and had someone else with me witness it. WHAT?!?! That’s how you get customers to spend money, by tricking them? She clearly has never had any kind of managerial training, she escalated a situation just by being dismissive and completely disrespectful. She has no business in that position.

I absolutely love this store and their workers! Their worker Lucas was super nice and understanding :) he’s great! never had a problem here!

Hot Topic has some of the best customer service around. This store in particular has many great employees who bend over backward to make their customers happy. I always look forward to stopping in!
