I had an excellent experience with Horizon Car Rental. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. The car I rented was in impeccable condition and very comfortable to drive. The rental process was smooth, and I appreciated the fair pricing. I highly recommend Horizon Car Rental for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable car rental experience. Five stars!

I give only one star because the guy was a bit nice. But he told me I would be getting something nice and gave me two options which were both not nice cars. The car made a lot of noises and had a nasty strong scent that faded away on the third day. The car was so disgusting that I legit wrapped up everything I touched in the car. From the steering wheel, to the seat. The trunk was the cleanest part of the car. I was in complete disgust and very disappointed. The locks also didn’t work but every time I started the car, all the locks would come up. So I had to lock them one by one which was very inconvenient and a hassle. It’s as if they just got the car from the junk yard and gave it right to me. And there were also a lot of broken things in the car 😒 terrible terrible experience.

Rented 15 passenger van. Customer service was OK from the young lady behind the counter. Owner seem to be pretty cool- came out and extended my time. I have always experienced with rental car places that if you rent for a day then it’s the same time the following day but their policy is 12 PM the next day. The van ran well and was clean! Will update post once vehicle has been returned to update on return process.

Rented a U-Haul from Horizon via U-Haul’s website. Very kind staff. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the location and size of the lot (it’s very tight in there). Drive very slowly approaching this place or you may pass by the entrance and be forced onto the highway. These are not issues that I feel should affect their overall rating though.

I rented several U-Haul trucks from Jay last week. To say that he was great to work with is an understatement. He provided outstanding customer service, worked with me when I was late due to I-85 shutting down, and was quick to respond to phone calls and texts. I wish that I could give him 10 stars! If you need a U-Haul truck, I highly recommend renting it from Jay.
