There is not enough space or time to tell you that this is my only go to place, when I'm in the area. So I will be saving the best for Hilton's survey to come out to tell you from, Johnnie, who started the process of seeing to my needs to Simone Lavery to getting a family a room last min for us being there. From the phone to the day of arrival I had no extra worries, when I crossed their door. So if this is the short review, please look for the hotel's review on their website. Thank you Comfort Home that's what you made us feel.

My experience was very good at this hotel, the rooms are nice and big they have a small kitchen with all utensils for your convenience, bed was very comfortable the only thing was I can hear the guest upstairs not really a big deal and some spider webs on the walls and ceiling fan but besides that I really enjoyed my stay! If ever around the area I will definitely be back!

So far been a great stay. No complaints, clean rooms, friendly staff Update: other than a ripped top blanket and fridge ice maker not working, no issues. And in the realm of hotels, this are miniscule in what could be wrong

Condition of the room was a bit under expectations from prior visits. There were children's stickers all over in random spots, a cigarette butt (non smoking room) on the floor by the bed, the pull out sofa bed was filled with crumbs and the sheets had not been changed, and the plumbing is awful, we could not use the restroom in our room due to it. I gave 2 stars bc the front desk staff are very welcoming and pleasant upon arrival.

I wish some of the staff besides the woman at the front desk actually wore their masks (walking around with "chin diapers"). My room was nice, clean - water pressure in the shower was low but that's no biggie - but my companions both checked into very dirty rooms.
