We were greeted by the friendliest front desk person, Michelle. Check-In was quick and easy, we got free water bottles and warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. Michelle also engaged in conversation with us about some local restaurants we should try. She also allowed us to pick which floor we wanted to be on. We've stayed at a LOT of Home2Suites across the country and have never been asked this. The rooms were immaculate and clean and we made sure to leave Amanda a good tip as she was our housekeeper. Breakfast was the usual warm hotel breakfast but good. We felt safe the entire evening and morning. Our short stay was really lovely and this will be a regular place for us to stop and stay when we are traveling through! We really enjoyed Martinsburg and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here!

We always enjoy staying at lots of Home2 Suites locations. The amenities are convenient when traveling and they always make the stay very comfortable. At this location, we did notice that our kids' feet were BLACK within 2 minutes of being in the room. We travel a lot and some hotel carpets are worse than others but I wouldn't expect Hilton to be that bad at any location. Their breakfast was not anything to write about either. Other than that, everything was great.

This hotel was nice and modern. Rooms were clean, ice and bottle refill station was easily accessible. The pool was a bit small, but we had a big group, so I'm sure it would have been fine for less people. Pool room was VERY hot - if we had younger children that needed constant supervision, that would have been uncomfortable. Only other small downside was the bathrooms were a bit small as well. I coordinated with the group rep to organize rooms for our team. While very kind in interactions, she was incredibly difficult to get in touch with. Not once did I ever receive a call back after leaving a message (Imagine 10+ messages left over the course of a month of planning). Many times I had to call the hotel directly and have someone hand her the phone. This in addition to the almost zero gluten-free options at breakfast makes me want to rate this hotel with 2 stars. I was assured on the phone the kitchen could make accommodations for gluten free, but upon arrival, I was offered oranges, apples or bananas only. MICHELLE at the front desk was this reviews' saving grace. She needs to be the face of this hotel. She was the most kind, thoughtful person. She went above and beyond her job description. Seriously, whatever she gets paid, she deserves WAY more. If you stay here and have the pleasure of meeting her, give her an extra hug from the group in June!

Hilton did not disappoint once again. Had a suite, and it was perfect for getting our little one down again of us. The sitting area was comfortable. We had a small kitchenette, which was nice because we ordered delivery (with a discount courtesy of grubhub and the hotel) and sat in and ate and relaxed. Bed was awesomely comfortable, and the room was completely dark, perfect for me. The bathroom was very large and spacious. I wish there was a tub, not just a shower, but we made due. The pool area was warm and clean, and the water was perfect. Our little one loved to splash around and had a blast in it. One other good note, it was so nice and quiet, never heard people in the hall or doors slamming closed. Breakfast was good, with the exception of the coffee. The omelets were tasty, little one enjoyed one, and hubs made himself two sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches courtesy of the spread they put out. Highly recommend.

The staff is the BEST I have ever encountered in a Hilton: friendly, caring and always cleaning the common areas. The bed was very comfortable. However, there was a lot of noise coming through the ceiling due to a group staying in the room above us. Thankfully, it was for only one night. We called the front desk but when the noise continued for two more hours and midnight arrived my husband went up and nicely talked to the woman staying in the room with a lot of kids. Next time we will request a room on the 4th floor. The staff is the BEST I have ever encountered in a Hilton: friendly, caring and always cleaning the common areas. I especially want to commend Jess for her friendliness and caring attitude. Even though she hadn't been on duty the night of the noise, she immediately explained about the group staying for the one night and gave us one night free. She did this immediately, without me asking or even expecting anything. AMAZING!!! Because of her, especially, we will return!
