Thank you Megan! Our flight was canceled at 2:10am and I called Home 2 Suites. Megan was so helpful, polite and did an outstanding job. Breakfast was very nice and the shuttle service perfect. We w3ill definitely stay here again if we are in the area
The room was nice and clean. Close to the airport. My major tiff is the lack of toiletries. They had no toothbrush, lotion, or hair conditioner. Everything you need, you have to go down to the front desk to get. Don’t bother trying to call the front desk because they won’t answer.
Like many others, we were stranded by a delayed flight and were desperate for a room. We called very late at night and were greeted by an incredibly courteous concierge who helped us find the shuttle and book a room. People really do help make the stay; and while we were beggars finding a room, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks for being a shelter in the storm!
Megan not only went above and beyond but has taken the edge off of traveling. Her customer service, and overall general presence lights up a room. Her demeanor in tough situations with professionalism speaks volume of who she is as an individual.
Rooms are basic. Carpet similar to indoor outdoor squares. No restaurant n only place to.go without car is next door n its basic food at holiday inn with no character. Front desk friendly n helpful. We left our car for 10 days n after 7 you are charged $10/day. Park n go across street for less if u go away for longer stay. Planes flu directly overhead so can be noisy ..but that being said you are close to airport! Shuttle runs upon request at front desk.
