Decent rooms, staff is great and free breakfast. The cleaning service is good some days and shady other. I think some employees like their job and some do it for a paycheck.
Room 206. When I first entered the room, the air was on full blast (which was great) so I didn't notice the odor right away. Got cold in the middle of the night, so I turned the air off, 20 minutes later, the room had a disgusting, mold, mildew, pet smell (hard to describe) so I turned the air back on the mask WHATEVER that odor was. I'd rather be cold, then deal with that disgusting smell. Also, bathroom was COVERED in hair!!!! Did housekeeping even try? Hair on the counter, in the sink on the floor, good grief! I do travel with cleaning supplies, so I took care of it, but they gotta do a better job paying attention to detail. Also...elevators were SLOW, SLOW did took 7-10 minutes for elevator to reach your floor. Air conditioning was not on in the common areas/hallway OR in the elevator.
I thought it was only fair to others to leave my review. Firstly, this hotel is dirty. First room they put me in smelled horrid. Cleaning lady came to spray which was a joke. Cleaning lady agreed the room smelled disgusting, so she said she would help find another room and help me move my stuff. Well, she disappeared and never came back. I went to the front desk who had no idea she was looking for another room for me. Front desk lady was nice as she took me to a second room that smelled like dog. We finally went to a third room that looked and smelled decent. I did buy air fresheners bc it still wreaked of cheap hotel. By day 3 I woke up w/bites on my neck, day 4 I found bites all over my body. When I went to check the bed, there they were...BEDBUGS!! I have pictures and videos, there were bugs in the bed. I went immediately to the front desk to find no one. Flagged down a cleaning lady who came to "take care" of the room. She took the sheets off the bed only to replace them with another set of sheets!! Long story short, I checked out early and spoke to the supervisor who was apologetic and stated that the room was in isolation for fumigation . Five days after check out, I have welts all over my body from my face to my toes. Huge red welts! I was on a business trip and had to deal with itching all over. I'm thoroughly disgusted that a Hilton was this gross, not to mention the noises at night, the traffic on the highway and the thin walls. I could hear the person next door lifting the shades every morning. Never again.
Hi, I’m a bit disappointed whit my stay and I will explain you why. I change room 2 times (502/513) because of the fan on the ceiling, allot of noise during the night, it’s was impossible sleep (at least for me). None of the times I changed rooms did anyone apologize for what happened. I asked reception (lady) to give me the key to the next room so I could store my things little by little, which I was denied, she said I had to remove everything from the room first so they could give me the key to the next room, which in my opinion it doesn't make any sense. I have an extended stay and as you can see in the image I posted, these are the things I had to transport and leave on the way until they gave me a new key. Nor did anyone offer to help. I'm currently in the third room of my stay, let's see how it goes. They also won't let me put my Hilton Honnors points in because it was allegedly booked by a travel agency and the lady at reception insists on not putting my stay in my HH. For me this is all a regrettable situation, I have Diamond Status, I always made my reservation with a travel agency and I always got my points without any problems. It is also regrettable as an HH Diamond costumer I have had this experience, because nothing like this has ever happened to me in any of your hotels I have stayed in (Europe/US). The service of this hotel was really good as they were great and got us set up with a room for the night in the middle of a winter storm. Unfortunately, the rooms that we were initially offered had some lower quality and cleanliness standards. The first room we got had some brown stains inside the toilet bowl. The second room we switched to had a small blood stain on the comforter. Thankfully the third room we got was fine. I'm fully aware of that. We spontaneously booked a hotel on a random Monday night and there probably wasn't any cleaning done the night before but it would be nice to have a hotel ready at all times with clean standards.
