Had a reservation after a cruise for one night booked through Priority Club. Called for them to pick us up at the Airport. Watched 2 shuttles pass by us and then was told the driver was there now. Fifteen minutes later (waited total of 45 minutes) a van arrived and drove us to the Hotel. Went to front desk and watched as another guest checked in and was given a room at 10:30 AM. When we attempted to check in we were told our room would not be available for several hours. Asked how the other party was able to check in the representative told us that our type of room was not available. Then the representative told us that she had decided we could not stay there and cancelled our reservation. We asked to speak to the General Manager but she never came out of her office to speak with us. We called Priority Club but they advised us that the General Manager would not take their call and they spoke with the desk clerk. We were advised that there was nothing they could do because the hotel is an independent business and they have no control over them. I was able to go online and book an Embassy Suites Room in the same area for $50.00 less per night which included an evening reception and a better breakfast. Do not waste your time at this hotel. .

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Seattle Sea-Tac Airport was fantastic! The location is perfect—super close to the airport, with a convenient shuttle service. It's also near the Seattle Monorail, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the friendly, helpful staff made our stay even better. The rooms and hallways were clean, and our bedroom was spacious and well-equipped. This stay made our family trip much more comfortable. We’ll definitely visit again!

Room were mostly clear, found an old cigarette wrapper next to the bed when checked in. The bathroom had no fan and a door that only partly closed. Not ideal for a family of 4. Also, charged 15 dollars for parking which seemed odd that the hotel had many empty spaces. Was given a bottle of water and some snacks for being a Hilton honors member and in the same breath was told that parking will be 15 dollars a night. Would consider other options before booking here again.

Room and service were fine. Unfortunately the shuttle driver dropped us off across the street in a different building. We had a lot of luggage, both using canes to walk and no access to a wheelchair. Very difficult. I ran ahead of my husband to get near emergency assistance for him. I would have happily arranged my own transportation to arrival area if that was known. Driver said he needed a specialized handicapped permit to drop us near the delta arrival door.

Pros: Close to airport and had courtesy shuttle Wonderful staff & service Cons: I'm a very heavy sleeper but you can definitely hear the planes & everything outdoors.. a lot. Some soundproofing for windows would make a world of difference. We even heard someone just repeatedly locking their car. Soundproofing of walls/ceilings would also help - I felt like I heard what was jumping from the room above me all night and definitely lost a good chunk of sleep to that. The hotel design doesn't have stairs you can take to go up - which normally would be fine but the elevators aren't particularly fast so during rush times it's definitely a bit of a waiting game.
