The check in staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and we were able to in anyway. The facilities were clean and functional. The gym was well equipped for a full body workout. The breakfast was good but not really gluten free friendly. They had eggs and sausage (questionable for gluten) but bacon wasn't served the mornings we were there. It was located next to a good Mexican food restaurant. All said, it was a good stay.
Outstanding customer service from date of arrival to departure. General Manager Tracy, front desk Autumn to breakfast Lydia staff were extremely friendly and accommodating during a time of bereavement. The cleanliness of the room and hotel were more than I expected for a small town. My experience was GREAT!
Torn carpet tiles and basically NO internet is TOTALLY unacceptable as I had to use my phone browse the internet. How come that an essential like this the hotel has not been able to work?
This is our second stay in this hotel, I think next time if we need to stay we will try the Hampton hotel down the road. The rooms need updated as there is a lot of water damage in the bathrooms as well as mold. The floors are worn and dirty and the furniture in the rooms are old and worn and damaged. I do not feel as comfortable as I could have felt had it been a little cleaner. Starting at 5:30am all I heard was doors slamming shut, needs a little more sound proofing. The housekeeper tried to enter our room at 8:55, well before check out which is at 11. I was in the shower and it made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. With some updates and staff training this place would be better, until then, I think this is our last stay at this location.
Came down for my daughter graduation and this place is very nice!!! The breakfast in the mornings has any and every breakfast food you can think of. The staff is nice and very professional. The rooms are big and clean. Nice fluffy bed and pillows Absolutely had a great stay.
