We stayed here on our way home from the Keys. CK in a breeze, room clean, comfy, hubby loved the pillows! Bathroom clean! Nice area to walk our dog, which is a big deal when he's been riding for hours. No extra dog fee. Quiet, slept well. Breakfast is more that your basic. Omelet was good with a good selection. We will def stay here again
The website says direct beach access. It does not have this. I stayed here thinking they had a shuttle or something. When I told the lady at the front she just laughed. Not funny in my opinion. False advertisement and no offer to make it up to me. I’m a Diamond member and stay in these every week. Not what I usually expect
I would recommend this hotel to anyone no matter what the reason they needed to travel near Mayport or Atlantic Beach. The the rooms are very clean. The bed and linen are fresh and the rooms are clean daily. I couldn’t take them enough for the cleanliness of my room and the quality of furnishings in the rooms. I’ve had breakfast several times in the morning. The food is always fresh hot and there’s a great variety of food to eat. Thank you for your kindness and the courtesy I’ve been shown since I’ve been here. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who would be visiting the area for a price cost and the courteous staff that work here bless all of you for the job you do, which is beyond well done thank you. I recently stayed at your location with my 86 year old mother. We were making the trip to visit our first grandchild and her great grandchild. From the beginning of making a reservation for accommodations of older folks they were wonderful. We didn’t need the shower chair as originally thought since she could use the grab handle on the tub. The team under Grace Cahill was fantastic and meet all our needs. The day before we were expected to leave we had a family emergency and needed to check out and get back to the airport for a flight home asap- the hotel allowed me to do a late check out and not be charged another day. The hotel and front desk were companionate and understanding. We appreciated this during a difficult time trying to get back home. Thank you Grace for a wonderful stay! And we did make it home in time to get to the hospital for our loved one who is now going into hospice care. Sincerely, Tabatha
I stayed here Feb. 13 and at first, was impressed. It was fairly priced compared to other hotels on the same night and apparently clean. The morning I checked out I saw a COCKROACH crawling, broad daylight, across the floor and then into the bathroom. I addressed this matter to the front desk employee to which she merely asked me the size and told me it was a palmetto bug and not a cockroach (which are the same and any bug in the room is disgusting really). She told me that bugs come in because they’re everywhere and when I asked her if it’s normal to have bugs in the hotel, she kind of brushed it off and insinuated it was normal. Seeing that the cockroach was crawling around in daylight (curtains open and lights on) it disgusts me to think what was crawling around while sleeping. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and customer service. Do not recommend.
