Great stay. Eric was super helpful and so polite. Will absolutely stay here again next time we go to blue mountain. Thanks again Eric for a great stay!

The bathroom was definitely not wiped down. We had shaving hairs and other curly hairs all over the vanity when we checked in. Disgusting. The mini refrigerator had gunk all along the grip to open the door. Gross. There were parts of the toilet that screamed ‘no sanitized!’ Although they put a “sanitized” strip of paper across the top saying they did so. Lie. The air control system in the room had filthy vents... so hopefully no viruses were blowing around in the room. Clearly not up to par with current safe ventilation standards. I stayed one night. Bed was comfortable. Hopefully the sheets And pillow cases were actually changed & clean. 2 stars bc the bed was soft and comfortable.

Our card keys didn’t work, twice, so we were let in by housekeeping..... A/C was not very cold, television didn’t work, bathroom had no shampoo or body wash, ice machine was on the 3rd floor(one machine for every guest) Pool was green!! Maybe the website could disclose that?!? Not happy at all by the cost and what we were given in return. First time I stayed in something other than a Hilton, and will be the last. Not impressed at all.
