This was an overnight stay during a road trip. Excellent and friendly service and very clean. Walking in at 11:30 at night, the front desk was manned and the clerk was wiping down counters. She and all the staff we saw were wearing their masks properly. Complimentary continental breakfast were individually bagged and food and coffee areas were clean and organized. We forgot something in the room and they called the next day to ship it to us. We’ve stayed at 3 different holiday inns and this one is the best.
The day time staff person was AMAZING! Super nice and helpful. I was driving from California and extremely tired and she got me into a very clean and well kept room. She wasn't a psycophant (telling a customer only what they want to hear) she was very honest and up front. As well, I forget the name of the pizza place near by, but WOW sooner delicious :)
Great until fire alarm went off. Service was great, they were extremely helpful. We had a suite but when we called to tell about having pets they moved things around for a pet friendly room and kept it same cost including pet fees. People wore masks, they had pre bagged breakfast with a drink, granola bar, muffin. Bed is GREAT extremely comfortable. Didn't feel anything when my boyfriend moved in bed. Pillows were perfect. Very clean room. Only reason couldn't give 5 stars is fire alarm went off at 6am and we had to evacuate. FD and security couldn't get it off. It lasted 1.5 hrs so people dealt with the mind numbing noise to get ready and check out.
This hotel was great and clean. Staff were helpful and nice. It was very quiet during the day, as well as, at night. There was a Taco Bell open at night. The hotel offered a brown bag continental breakfast, a water bottle, mandarin, muffin and granola bar. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of hot water. There is a pool and spa onsite but it closes around 7:30pm or 8:00pm. The entire grounds inside and out was very clean. No trash in parking lot. I would highly recommend.!
If you're making a long drive or visiting Ashland, this is a solid hotel for a good price. The staff is friendly and accommodating, it's very clean and relatively quiet, and there is morning grab and go breakfast. They've got a pool and it's pet friendly as well (pets on the first floor)!
