Easy in/out from highway. No pull through parking for anyone pulling a trailer, but it ended up being a non issue. Pool out of order. Laundry machines out of order. Thermostat didn't work. Only one washcloth. Hair in shower. Lobby restroom had no toilet paper, hand towels, or air dryer. Half of the breakfast items weren't presented due to broken equipment. Slept fine which was the most important thing.
Rating two stars because we paid 200 dollars for the room and the pool was closed by the health department. When asked where the laundry rooms were at, they told us we could wash only. Dryers were broken. They did offer the use of their commercial dryer but that should not be used to dry personal clothes. I don't want an employee handling my clothes. The shower was so forcefull it felt like it was cutting through your skin. Hands down the worse Holiday Inn Express I have stayed. We will see what morning brings...
Poor, poor, place to stay. Staff weren’t friendly. Nothing works here- no pool or spa, no pancake maker, no tv signal. It smells bad all over the hotel. Flies all over the breakfast kitchen. Ew! The room bathroom was in poor condition. Toilet handle and the tub faucet dripped constantly causing the tub to be stained and drain smelled. We typically have had great Holiday Inn stays. Not THIS location ever again.
My stay was comfortable... for the most part. My only complaint was the noise! I was in room 112 and I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms past 9 pm... on a weekday! It's also near the airport, so if you're sensitive to airplane flying above your head, you might not enjoy it here. Other than that, bed was comfortable. Room was clean. You can actually tell some one did their job!
Friendly and helpful staff. Bartender (Mercedes) did a great job. Ordered from the menu and enjoyed the food. Rooms very clean and beds are comfortable.
