Fresh remodel but cheaply done. There are potholes the size of moon craters in the parking lot. The trash is overflowing the receptacles outside the building. There was not a single drink for sale in the commissary cooler. The remote won't work on the TV. The room was clean. Overall, this facility seems to be under poor management.
The pool was clean the maintenance was very nice the room was perfect the breakfast was good overall every thing was amazing the beds feel so good over all amazing!!
Room wasnt ready when arrived around 5pm. Receptionist didnt even try to see if there’s another room available. Bedding was not all the way dry so it smelled. Tv remote was not working well. Bathroom had used towels. Ac was noisy with vibrations. No difference the whole stay as a Platinum Elite member. My worst stay at a Holiday Inn and regretting the membership.
Had a decent stay overall however after getting home I see I have an additional $150 charge on my account.i called the hotel and they stated that I smoked in my room. Which is not the case, I have my medical card and rolled a joint in my room and smoked it outside. There is camera footage and witnesses to this. All because I had my medicine in my room I’m being charged. I will be seeking legal actions if the funds aren’t reversed. But be careful if you’re a medical patient they will discriminate against you.
Finally, they are all done with their improvements, and the pool is open. The front desk was polite and professional. We enjoyed our stay.
