The employees were kind but booked for the water slide only to learn that it was "out of service " ( when we went to pool the next day)and was only told upon arrival the pool was closed and would be open at 8am .....frustrating when you book a hotel to break up a trip for kids to enjoy the pool/slide. We went to the pool in the am, the hot tubs were only warm and the jets didn't work either. Sad start to our trip. Stay was nice, however. The included breakfast was mediocre, and pancakes were not available until 30 mins before it ended when left.
Great experience, breakfast was good (they had several attendants staying on top of everything!), service was fast and friendly, and I felt bad because there were 3 different hockey teams and families there -- youth sports is crazy in hotels! 😳 But our room was clean and spacious (king bed with pullout couch -- AND all the bedding for the couch was already in the room). The pool was pretty cool, had a big twisty slide, a little kids slide, and two other spas/tiny pools! Great for families! Will be back when we come to Aberdeen again!
Lisa, the assistant manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. She made us feel right at home and did everything in her power to accommodate our crew. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks again!
Great place to stay, the staff and the rooms were a 5 out of 5. I would definitely stay here again. I'm very picky when it comes to staying at place that isn't my home. I recommend. Ashley the head house keeper was very helpful and accommodating.
If I could give a 10 I would. From this area, came home to visit family. Was here during the NFC-AFC championship games. They let us move tables around and use the breakfast area for our family. Had pizza and watched the games. Rooms are great, kids loved the slide. Slide closes at noon on Sunday. They turned it on after noon because so many kids were staying. Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. Great people great stay, recommend for anyone staying in Aberdeen!!!!!
