I cannot begin to describe how amazing the customer service is at this hotel! The entire staff went so far above them and beyond to help us on our crazy journey! I want to give a special shout out to Ashley and the precious manager, (whose name is escaping me right now because my brain is old) because they went so far and beyond to help us in every way!! we were stranded in Atlanta with 10 teenagers because our flight got canceled. They helped us arrange transportation and pointed us toward fun activities to help make our stay more enjoyable.!! I literally cannot begin to thank them for all the help and kindness they provided.! When our air-conditioning wasn’t working in our room, they worked so hard to get us into a room that was working! Stay here!! They will take amazing care of you!!❤️

My solo trip at this holiday inn express was amazing. AK at front desk was really good at his job. He was kind and patient with all of the canceled delta flight passengers. Breakfast was superb and rooms were clean. Will definitely visit again.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful with their time and advice. Especially AK at the front desk was really kind & generous.

The room was decent, the breakfast was OK, but if you’re going to advertise having a shuttle service, actually have a functional shuttle service. We spent the night before our flight and we were told to get down there before six to get on the 6 AM shuttle. It showed up 20 minutes late and then there were so many people that we couldn’t even get and had to pay for an Uber anyway. We are still Standing outside of the airport, waiting for the shuttle that was supposed to be here 30 minutes earlier (we stood waiting for 50minutes. I don’t know why we bother, we should’ve Ubered from the beginning. It’s so bad. I’m going to challenge the entire charge on my credit card and let them fight it out for a while!

As an IHG Diamond Member I stay at and review properties virtually every month and have stayed at 4 separate properties in the last 14 days. I chose this hotel because I was flying and wanted to pay (a premium I might add) to leave my car in a lot that had security. Immediately after checking into the hotel, which seemed to go fine, we noticed trash in the lobby and elevator. The common spaces were just kind of dirty. Upon reaching the room we got a few hours of sleep and then took the shuttle to the airport in the morning. So far so good. I couple of days later I saw an expense show up on my business vs. personal credit card for the parking - which was a mistake and I have not been able to connect with their accounts person during normal business hours. Upon returning we went to the shuttle parking immediately and did not have any checked bags so we made it in record time where we proceeded to sit for so long that we had seen other property vans and shuttles 4 or 5 times. The airport called the hotel and we called the hotel but no shuttle for over an hour. What was interesting is that the other van drivers, for other properties, were basically laughing at us because they had seen us 4 or 5 times and two separate van drivers offered to take us if we paid them because they said it would be quicker than waiting for "2" hours. After the airport called a second time a shuttle finally showed up 20 or so minutes later. The hotel is like 3 miles from the airport? For all of this I will give this IHG property quite possibly the lowest rating I have ever given. This was their #1 selling point and they failed miserably to deliver on all fronts. I will be reaching out to the rewards team to see what they can do about this stay. Maybe, a million people, or so, seeing this review will cause someone to get these issues sorted out because I feel like this hotel is preying on their guests due to the proximity to the airport. I am 100% positive I would not stay here again...
