We stayed here for one Saturday night in November before a Sunday flight out of Dulles. We arrived later in the evening. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hallway was long and I wasn’t sure we actually were going the right way from the elevator but we found it. The shower was very spacious. We left early the next morning so we didn’t spend much time here but the property looks huge. There was a big party when we arrived and they had a separate entrance. At first we thought that was the lobby entrance but noticed the directional signs and kept going. The lobby entrance was very obvious when we got there. Parking was self-park and there was a QR code to pay. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport - the driver was awesome. We did keep our car parked at the hotel while we were gone which was nice. We just picked the number of days on the parking app. There is flat lot parking and there is garage. Both are the same price and in the same app. I think they had an onsite bar but we didn’t go there. I saw a restaurant on the map too but didn’t go there either. I’m sure both are nice. I would stay here again.
If I sound negative, I ask that you click on my profile and look at my other reviews. I like to support small businesses that go above and beyond. I don't bother reviewing a fast food place for example. I realize that prices in the Washington DC are going to be high but this place was a huge disappointment. Our room had a late 1980s vibe and not in a cool vintage way. We paid extra for an upgraded room and it was very outdated with wallpaper peeling, torn curtains, no mini fridge when smaller rooms had them. But the room pales in comparison to the poor attitude of the staff. The waitress in the restaurant was nice and the bartender in the bar was nice. Most everyone else could care less whether you're there or not. The young lady at the front desk was very dismissive of questions and borderline rude. Use it as a necessity if you have to be near the airport. Spend more and stay somewhere nicer or try to get further out of DC. This place is not worth it.
Nice hotel. Bed and linens great Very very quiet, even with the airport astonishingly close by. Furniture needs to be replaced a bit worn. Nice to have a bar and restaurant on site. Excellent service.
We had to stay at this hotel due to our flight being delayed. It is beautiful on the inside. The bar area is nice as well. There was only one person in the kitchen cooking, and she had to deal with a rush of airport patrons coming in. I admire that kind of work ethic. My fiance loved his burger! The drinks at the bar were good as well! I got one of their seasonal drinks. It was so good. He had a rum and coke. It was STRONG 🤣 The room was spacious. They let us stay an extra hour after check out since the flight left later that day. During check-in, there was no attitude detected from the front desk staff. In fact, she was extra kind and gave us a bottle of water. I would like to stay here when I can experience the hotel in a more leisurely way. It was an absolute privilege to experience this hotel.
Not worthed at all after a long day I checked in around 10pm the room I got the toilet didn’t flush I complained after the long wait the maintenance came and said it will be working now but I tried again it didn’t work again the maintenance came and had to change the room at 1:00 am at night it’s pathetic and not worth the price. Also we asked for cutlery we had hard time getting it. Not recommended at all I also saw 4 star on Google and book the hotel but it’s no even worth one star. Very very disappointing
