Hilton Los Angeles Airport
What people are saying
We had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the main floor and it was excellent. All of the food was flavorful and the price included all non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is clean and well-lit. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, but our server Raquel was AMAZING. She was so kind, so warm and gave top-notch service. We will definitely eat there again before we leave thanks for her presence!
This property gives a good first impression in the lobby. And the check-in was smooth, including letting me check-in early. The sheets are clean. But those are the only nice things I can say about this property. It is musty. Mildewy. Old. Dirty. There is so much dirt that it grosses me out to touch the light switch in the bathroom (see pics). There is visible mold growing in the tub. (Also see pics). Leaning my head into the shower makes my head spin from how much it smells of mold. The carpet and the headboard are horribly stained. The drawers don't stay closed. The walls/doors have absolutely no sound dampening properties, and you can hear every door open, person talking, or cart rolling down the hall. It's awful. I can see the pool from my room and it's green. I don't know how I'm going to make it through the rest of this stay. They didn't even bother to leave a water bottle for me in the room despite my Hilton Honors status. I thought that was standard.
I love this lady Raquel in the Cafe she had a great story about her life… the food was really good but she made the experience worth coming back for not just the food but for very great energy. She’s a jewel. Ask for RAQUEL! The food was fresh and tasty BUT this lady filled the atmosphere with positivity.
Eager to Assist Staff at a Clean Marble-Loving Airport Hotel! If you are not pressed for time, consider taking the free hotel shuttle to/from the airport. Arrives/leaves every 15 to 20 minutes. Easy to find at the airport and out front of the hotel. This will save you at least $25/$35 each way vs. rider apps. This is a BIG location, easy to find, well-staffed and close to the airport (it's in the name), and other locations - food, businesses, retail and entertainment. A cafe, two nice restaurants, business center, gym, bag check, concierge service, and very spacious, comfortable and practical rooms - plenty of lighting, seating, closet and drawer space, and desk. If you are lucky (or you request), the third floor rooms (a selection of them) have a sliding door to an atrium. Hilton Los Angeles Airport should be on your short list of LA hotels to consider for a business trip.
I recently stayed at the Hilton and had an exceptional experience thanks to Paola. She provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a significant difference. I took the time to leave this review because Paola truly excelled in her service. Such a great person! Top-notch customer service. I will definitely choose the Hilton again.
