I honestly love this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and I was able to order gluten-free twice from the restaurant without getting sick. The first was a breakfast which I got All-American breakfast and for dinner I got a grilled chicken with mixed rice and vegetables and it was delicious and I did not get sick.
This was a great experience. We needed a hotel with a shuttle to the airport and they provide a free shuttle every half an hour. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool is open 24 hours which was a pleasant surprise - it is pretty small but better then nothing at all!
Hilton Garden Inn Grille & Bar This is the Hidden Jewel! The food is Unreal Deliciousness! The service is amazing and on-point. Perfect place to have some food and drinks after a long day of travel. Truly THE HIDDEN JEM in the desert! Thank You for the Experience.
The staff made this beautiful hotel even better! Beatriz and Raul with breakfast were fantastic. Great food and great service! Mitch made dinner friendly and efficient. The hotel was close to the airport, but not noisy. Bonus.
The hotel lobby is very nice and the breakfast/dining is very clean. Our room was plenty big and clean. That’s where it ends. Our bathroom door would not stay closed so we had to use a chair to keep it closed for privacy. There was an awful stain in the tub or the top layer of the tub had come off. It looked awful. We could hear the people above us walking and moving stuff around to the point it was hard to sleep. Very thin walls. We could smell cigarette smoke pretty bad in the hallway. The breakfast was not bad but very scarce for what we were charged but we did get dessert in the dining room the night we checked in and it was very good and the staff was friendly.
